​We believe in a work-life balance for our clients, for our staff, and for ourselves. We understand how important it is to have a personal life while also working to achieve your goals. With all of our services we strive for a balanced approach. This means realistic service hours and practical recommendations. From the direct service recipients to the parents and teachers we work with, we want each of our clients to feel heard and respected. Our goal is simple: provide our clients with the support they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives!

The unalome is a symbol for life's journey. The spiral represents the different paths before us; the swirls symbolize the twists and turns we encounter along the way; and the steady line reflects our own sense of internal balance. The unalome is often complete with a dot. This marks the end of facing life's hurdles with uncertainty and, instead, navigating them with clarity. Life is never straightforward. It is filled with unpredictability, obstacles, loops and zigzags. However, once you find balance, you can embrace the journey every step of the way. Our unalome was specially designed for us by a dear friend and autism mom.
